We only process personal data that you provide to us when placing an order or communicating with us. This mainly includes:

  • payment data – data necessary for issuing an invoice and receiving payment,
  • other data – information from your communication with us (e.g. order requests).

We process this data solely for the purpose of:

  • fulfilling your order and delivering the goods,
  • issuing an invoice through the bitfaktura.cz system,
  • providing customer support,
  • based on your voluntary consent, sending newsletters, news and marketing communications related to the band Emrei’s.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract between us (fulfilling the order), for compliance with legal obligations (issuing an invoice) and, where applicable, it is based on your consent (e.g. newsletter subscription).

We only share personal data to the extent necessary with:

  • shipping carriers (to deliver the order),
  • the invoicing system bitfaktura.cz,
  • PayPal, if you choose to pay via PayPal.

We do not share your data with anyone else, nor do we sell or otherwise trade it.

If you consent to receiving the newsletter, your contact details (name and e-mail) may be transferred to the e-mail marketing provider Ecomail.cz, which acts as a data processor and complies with GDPR requirements.

5. How Long We Keep the Data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary:

  • invoicing data for 10 years as required by law,
  • other data for a maximum of 2 years from your last order.

After this period, your data will be securely deleted.

Data used for sending the newsletter is kept for as long as your consent lasts. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
